Each user will decide freely on what additional personal data they want to disclose about themselves and want to make accessible to other users and which not.

2.3 By generating additional information into your profile and the level of privacy settings made (See point 1.1/3.0) the user allows the additional information to be accessible to other users and website visitors. Users can delete the additional information from their profile at any time.

2.4 Furthermore, each member can express free detailed personal information, upload individual photos, Videos etc.

3.0 Privacy settings (optional)

3.1 Each user can grant other users the non-exclusive right to their own profile, its own statistics, etc.. This information may be changed at any time with effect for the future.

In considering which persons are allowed to see individual data and information, the member has multiple options to choose from:

4. Purpose

The purpose of the collection, storage, processing and use of the above in numbers 1 and 2 stated personal data is to enable the operation and maintenance of the online service of My Sports Profile.

5. Sharing information with third parties

5.1 In principle My Sports Profile doesn't transfer personal data of users to third parties unless the user has previously given his express consent or there is a legal obligation for data transfer. As far as the user has given consent, he can at any time with future effect withdraw by simple notification in writing (E-mail, letter). In case of a statement agreement the user is being explicitly pointed out to the right of withdrawal and the address to which such a revocation is sent to.

6. Advertising

My Sports Profile switches on its website advertising from third parties, which can also be adapted to the alleged special interests of users. The for this purpose processed anonymized data are not (more) individual-related and therefore don't permit any conclusions about the identity of the person concerned. My Sports Profile can provide their own Media partner with such anonymized data. Even in these cases My Sports Profile doesn't transmit their own Media partners information that could allow an identification.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on the hard drive of visitors of the portal. 8. Server log files ("logs")

8.1 In each page request made by the user, the user's Internet browser transmits access data that is automatically stored in log files, known as server log files, by My Sports Profile. The log files contain the following information: IP address, by who the computer (but not the user) can be identified, remote host (name and IP address of the computer requesting the page), user name, date, time, referring Website (URL), volume of data and possibly the URL from which the user came on the website of My Sports Profile (Referrer) as well as product and version information of the used browser (user agent). A compilation of these data with other data sources, particularly with the personal user data, are in principle not made by My Sports Profile.

8.2 Created to secure the data files My Sports Profile creates so called backups (backup), each being overwritten after about four weeks and therefore are being finally deleted. In case of backups containing log files, they will also be deleted. In case of complete cancellation of a user profile, the log files are also deleted. My Sports Profile uses the standardized "combined" log format of the Apache Web server. My Sports Profile uses the log data (logs) anonymously, without reference of the user's –person-, for statistical analysis. Because of the log files My Sports Profile can also recognize possible errors, such as broken links or bugs, and use the log files for further development of the Website. The in the server log stored page views and other usage of the site are not being linked by My Sports Profile with individual persons. However My Sports Profile reserves the right to review the log files via the last known IP address of such users, of whom because of certain facts are under suspicion of using My Sports Profile's website or sevices illegally or in breach of contract. This is primarily done to protect My Sports Profile's members and the security of their personal data.

9. Data Security

9.1 The applied, constantly updated firewalls and other security systems by My Sports Profile are there to protect the users as far as possible against viruses, worms, trojans, etc. and also against illegal access from outside (hackers). My Sports Profile will maintain an adequate level of protection and will adapt the methods of security technologies constantly to the current state of technological development. Nevertheless, the user should be aware that due to constantly emerging viruses, worms, Trojans and other means to attack secured data systems of Internet services one hundred percent protection against such attacks can not be guaranteed.

9.2 My Sports Profile is not responsible for virus protection outside of My Sports Profile network. My Sports Profile is also not responsible for damage and destruction of user data. Every discovered attack made by hackers My Sports Profile may and will pursue civil or criminal penalties.
